# Why We Created the GT Tester Club: Building Better Products Together
The best product ideas don't always come from a meeting room. More often, they come from workshops, production floors, and the hands of the people who use our products every day.
At Giardini Tech, customer feedback has always been one of our most valuable resources. Every suggestion, challenge, and conversation has helped us refine our products and better understand the realities of leathercraft, footwear, and manufacturing.
Now, we're taking that collaboration one step further.
## Introducing the GT Tester Club
The **GT Tester Club** is a community of professionals who want to play an active role in shaping the future of Giardini Tech products.
This isn't a loyalty program or a marketing initiative. It's a collaborative space where makers, technicians, artisans, and manufacturers can share their experience and help us decide what to develop next.
Our goal is simple: create products that solve real problems because they're designed alongside the people who face those challenges every day.
## How It Works
Joining the GT Tester Club starts with a short survey that takes around four minutes to complete.
We ask members about:
- The materials they work with
- The products they use most often
- The challenges they encounter in their daily work
- The tools, solutions, or products they wish existed
These insights become the foundation for future product development, helping us identify recurring needs and opportunities for innovation.

## From Feedback to Prototype
When several members highlight the same challenge, it becomes a candidate for development.
Instead of relying solely on internal testing, we create prototypes and put them directly into the hands of the professionals who inspired them. Members test new products in real working environments, provide honest feedback, and keep the prototypes they receive.
This process allows us to improve products under authentic conditions before they reach the market.
## More Than Testing
Being part of the GT Tester Club means becoming part of the development process itself.
Founding members will:
- Influence future product development through their feedback.
- Gain early access to prototypes for real-world testing.
- Help validate new ideas before they become commercial products.
