That’s why we’re proud to announce a small yet meaningful update: moving forward, our 30ml bottles will be made using 50% recycled PET material.
This decision reflects our commitment to making more sustainable choices without compromising on the high standards you’ve come to expect from us.
What is PET, and Why Recycled?
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a type of lightweight and durable plastic commonly used for packaging food, drinks, and personal care products. It’s 100% recyclable and widely collected for reuse.
By choosing bottles made with 50% recycled PET, we're helping reduce the need for virgin plastic, keeping waste out of landfills, and supporting a circular economy where materials are given a second life instead of being discarded.
What Will Be Different?
The shape and functionality of the bottles remain exactly the same—you’ll still be able to work with them just as easily. However, you might notice a small visual change:
the transparent plastic is now slightly darker in color.
This subtle difference is simply a result of the recycled content and does not affect the quality, preservation, or ease of use of the paint in any way. Inside, it's still the same premium, Italian-made edge paint trusted by leather artisans around the world.
